The narrow body fleet refurbish is part of the TAP global project to become a modern, efficient and competitive flagship airline. To compete with the Low Cost carriers in the short and medium-haul flights, TAP Portugal developed a flexible cabin layout with three distinguished classes – Business, Economy Plus and Economy. Focused on passenger’s needs and expectations, this new layout versatility offers more personal space and comfort, thanks to the layout optimization and the lightweight seats, reducing fuel consumption and thus making the fleet more efficient.
